HOA Dumpster Cleanup Report

Summary

Our recent dumpster cleanup was a great success, and we want to extend a big thank you to everyone who participated! Your help in adopting the cans near your homes and keeping things organized made a huge difference.

Key Highlights

• Special Thanks: A big shoutout to Bill, who went above and beyond by hauling a freezer to the dump in South Tucson. We really appreciate it!

• Dumpster Usage: We had four dumpsters, with each dump costing $415, bringing the total cost to $3,745.

• Vendor: We used Faitsch Brothers, they were excellent to work with—very responsive and even agreed to work Saturdays for us.

Important Reminders for Future Dumps

• Avoid Overfilling: If trash piles above the top of the dumpster, someone has to climb in and level it out, which is not safe. Please be mindful of this.

• Hazardous Items:

  • Someone placed three propane tanks in a dumpster, which is extremely dangerous. A huge thank you to the person who removed them!

  • If you see hazardous materials inside the dumpster, please remove them before they get buried. This helps keep the dump workers safe.
