Architecture Committee Overview
When Santa Catalina Estates was established, the founding members agreed that in order to maintain a neighborhood that we’re all proud of, a set of guidelines needed to be established. The members created the CC&Rs to fill this need and established an architecture committee to review and approve new and/or modified outdoor structures.
If you're planning to make any exterior changes to your home, please consult with the Architecture Committee before beginning any work. We look forward to working with you to preserve the beauty and integrity of our neighborhood.
How to request property changes
To apply for new or changes to structures, please submit and ARC request describing the proposed changes and attach any drawings / plans that have already been created. We recognize that homeowners want to maintain the value of their property and we want to work with you to approve your plans.
After submitting your request, the Architect Committee will review your proposed changes and contact you to discuss your project.
