We have received several complaints about solar companies removing native landscaping. Please take note that our CCR’s explicitly prohibit the removal of native growth, including palo verde trees, except when necessary for constructing and maintaining roads, driveways, dwelling houses, and other permitted structures.
If trenching is required during the installation process, we kindly request that extra care is taken to ensure the native growth is restored to its original state. Our commitment to preserving our environment aligns with the guidelines set forth in SCE CCR 4.301. We encourage all homeowners to adhere to these provisions, reflecting our shared responsibility for maintaining the desert landscape of our community.
