General Member Meeting 3/16/2023 7-9pm

Are you a homeowner in the Catalina Foothills community? If so, mark your calendar for March 16, 2023, and plan to attend the upcoming HOA General Meeting. The meeting will be held at Catalina Foothills Church in room 405-407, located at 2150 E Orange Grove Rd. The meeting will run from 7-9 pm, so be sure to arrive on time.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the future of our HOA and how we can best serve you as a homeowner. We want to hear your thoughts and ideas about the direction of the HOA so that we can make informed decisions moving forward.

  • Treasurer's Report

  • Neighborhood Watch Report

  • Future of the HOA - Presentation, Discussion, and Feedback

  • New Board Nominations & Vote

  • General Discussion

  • Adjournment

The meeting will begin with a welcome from the HOA president, followed by the treasurer's report and neighborhood watch report. We will then move on to the main topic of the evening, which is the future of the HOA. This will include a presentation, discussion, and feedback session to get your input on where we should be heading as an organization.

In addition, we will be accepting nominations for new board members and holding a vote. This is a great opportunity to get involved in the community and have a say in how your HOA is run.

Finally, we will have a general discussion and answer any questions you may have. We encourage you to come prepared with any questions or concerns you may have, as this is a great opportunity to get your voice heard. For any questions please email
