Hello Santa Catalina Estates neighbors!
You may have noticed a man in a black truck driving slowly through the neighborhood this week. That is James! He is kindly helping our HOA assess CC&R compliance throughout the neighborhood in a uniform and objective way. James is wonderful, has excellent references, and has lots of experience working in property management. Please wave hello if you see him!
